Letter of CE Approval for CES - AFO
The AFO Certification course is designed specifically to meet the needs
of those working in public, hotel, condo, semi-public and municipal
pool or waterpark facilities. The course will provide information and
training for both supervisory and operations personnel.
The course includes an additional 2 hour section that is specific to
the study of the Florida State Health Code 64E-9FAC and your facility.
Students will learn to recognize important aspects of this code and how
it applies to their facility's swimming pool.
The course features NRPA's Aquatic Facility operator manual, one of the
newest, most complete, and most comprehensive publications available on
pool operations. The manual undergoes revision every three years to
keep current with changing technology. Author Kent G. Williams, using
wit and his 20-plus years of experience, clearly leads even the
beginning pool manager through the often complex process in aquatic
operations.
Upon successful completion of the AFO course and the 50 question exam,
participants will be officially certified by the National Recreation
and Park Association. All certified individuals reveice a certificate
suitable for framing and registry in the National AFO Certification
Database. Certification is valid for three years and must be renewed.
Licensed Community Association Managers successfully completing this
