CES Customer Service

Since 1983, CES has provided on-site water quality control programs for thousands of premier facilities in Florida and the Caribbean. CES is a continuing-improvement, award winning, family-owned business. We are committed to providing the best service to all of our customers. CES has centralized Customer Service, Sales and Technical Support. All CES customers are assigned to a "Water Quality Control" team based upon geographic location. Your team will handle all aspects of your account. From technical support to placing orders for chemicals, all CES customers have the convenience of speaking with one CES representative who is familiar with your account and will coordinate all aspects of your service and sales support. CES Customer Service Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CES Sales Representatives are always available to visit your location and provide information and pricing.
