 Shipping Damage Policy Thank you for purchasing products from CES. Please INSPECT items for any damage when your shipment arrives. The freight company is responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. If you have received damaged items, CES allows 3 business days to report damaged shipments. If you do not report such damage within this time period, all liability is transferred to your company to replace damaged items.This policy ensures that your company, and ours, sustains no loss. If damage is so extensive as to prevent merchandise from operating or being used, please refuse the shipment. Report it to us immediately so that we can replace the item(s) for you. PLEASE CALL 800-940-1557 TO REPORT DAMAGED SHIPMENTS Thank you again for choosing CES and we appreciate your business!Pulsar Shipping Policy Customers who purchase six or more pails of Pulsar Briquettes or six or more pails of Purolyte, shall receive free shipping for the pallet that carries the Pulsar product.The free shipping discount will be applied to open invoices upon payment, provided the invoice is paid within the specified terms. Invoices that are paid past specified terms are not eligible for the pulsar shipping discount. The due date is printed on the top right corner of all CES invoices. Customer accounts must be in good standing to receive shipping discounts. Customers may order additional items to be shipped on the same pallet at no extra charge. Any items that connot be shipped on the same pallet as Pulsar because of regulatory, safety, or size restrictions will be subject to standard shipping charges. Any organic compounds or chemical products (liquid or solid) that may interact with the calcium hypochlorites cannot be shipped on the same pallet as Pulsar Briquettes. CES uses published industry and regulatory guidelines to identify any product that does not meet safe shipping requirements. Fuel Surcharge Policy Like many other businesses, CES has been presented with rising shipping costs due to fuel surcharges imposed by freight companies and our suppliers. In lieu of accross the board price increases, CES has chosen to apply fuel surcharges based upon actual shipping costs to our customers.Fuel surcharges are calculated as a small percentage of the base shipping charges on each invoice. The rate may increase or decrease, depending upon the rates applied by our shipping companies. Fuel surcharges will appear as a separate line item on all invoices and will never exceed $15.00. HAZMAT Fees A flat fee of $20.00 shall be charged for any order that includes products classified as hazardous or requiring special handling during the shipping process. HAZMAT fees will appear as a separate line item on all invoices. |
