EZE-Flow face piping design allows for straight-in/ straight-out flow operation which creates pressure drops of less than 2 PSIG when operating at flow velocities of 10 ft./sec or less.
EZE-Flow face piping can be installed in single or multiple tank installations and comes with single lever control linkage that is available in both manual and automatic operation. Smooth, reliable operation of the filter system is guaranteed through the use of stainless steel linkage with shoulder bolts and teflon bushings at every moving joint. The circulation pump can continue operation during backwashcycle initiation without creating water hammer due to this smooth operation. Leakage to the backwash line during filter operation is prevented through the use of a locking pin in the single lever control linkage. Adjustment free operation of the control linkage is guaranteed through precise butterfly valve alignment with the patented Nemato Closed Cavity Bag Molding manufacturing process.
