SHIPPING DAMAGE POLICY
Thank you for purchasing products
from CES. Please INSPECT items for any damage when your shipment
arrives. The Freight company is
responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. If you have received damaged items, CES
allows 3 business days to report
damaged shipments. If
you do not report such damage within this time period, all liability is
transferred to your company to replace damaged items.
This policy ensures that your
company, and ours, sustains no loss.
If damage is so extensive as to prevent merchandise from operating or
being used, please refuse the shipment.
Report it to us immediately so that
we can replace the item(s) for you.
